What Data We Collect

Communication/booking data — The content of messages, emails, and enquiries you send us, consultation date/time, service requested, notes you provide. Collected via the booking widget on the Site and your preferences for receiving communications from us.
Engagement data — information you share with us in the course of our services relevant to your relocation or property purchase (for example, budget, preferences, and circumstances you choose to disclose).
Technical/navigation data — IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location. Collected automatically via Google Analytics and WordPress hosting logs.
Cookies — Session cookies, analytics cookies, WordPress functional cookies. Set on first visit.
We collect data when you: complete a form on our Website; book or attend a consultation; contact us by email, phone, or messaging; subscribe to our newsletter; or browse the Website (via cookies). Some data is provided directly by you; some technical data is collected automatically. We do not collect payment card data on the Site itself; consultations are quoted and invoiced separately.

Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses WordPress (which sets functional/session cookies necessary for the site to operate) and Google Analytics to understand site usage.

Data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. and may be transferred to the US under Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Hosting provider — stores site data, may be located inside or outside the EU. Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics) — as above. Booking/reservation tool provider — shares booking details necessary to schedule your consultation. Professional advisors (notaio, accountant) — only with your explicit involvement or consent, when directly relevant to your property transaction. Public authorities — where required by law.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How long we retain your data
Contact form and booking enquiries: retained for 48 months from last contact, or as needed to complete the engagement, then deleted or anonymized. Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics’ default retention settings. Invoicing/accounting records: retained for 10 years, per Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, where a contract for services is formed.
