Overview
You are entitled to cancel your appointment at any given time without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling your order without incurring in fees is by midnight (23.59 CET) of the day prior to your appointment. The fee for cancelling a reservation on the same day of the appointment is 100% of the reservation price.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email or via whats-app clarifying, in writing, the appointment date, email and name of the reservation.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the (free of charge) cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees (from us) for such reimbursement. Bank fees might apply.
