How we charge?
A flat fee, agreed before we start — never a percentage of the purchase price.
Checking a property’s legal standing, ownership history, and fair market value takes the same diligence whether it’s a € 150,000 or € 450,000 investment.
Charging a percentage would mean charging you more for work that isn’t actually more — so we don’t.
Our fee reflects the hours the situation genuinely requires, not your budget. No two situations are the same.
Some clients want support from the first viewing through to the keys; others just need a second opinion before signing something they’ve already found; others are mid-process and need someone to step in and check what’s been done so far.
We scope the engagement to where you actually are, then agree a single flat number before any work starts — no hourly clock, no surprises at the end.
